I Am Trying To Sell Prints, But Only Phone Cases And Cards Appear To Be An Option

Austin -- Sorry for taking longer than anticipated to post here.

You moouseover your name on the top right and find the dropdown. Go to 'behind the scenes' and look for bulk edit pricing.

There you fill in the pricing for all the product you want to sell. It should then show up on each page with your pictures.

I'm having the same problem, I set up prices for everything, but all I see on my profile page for sale is Greeting card, iPhone Case and Galaxy case. I tried updating everything through bulk edit pricing but nothing seems to work. I simply don't see prints.

Check the sizes of the images also to make sure they are large enough for prints

They're Instagram uploads. I kind of assumed this site was designed to make prints from those.

I have the same problem.

In FAA, not printable sizes are marked n/a. Is this different in IP? Prices for phone cases and lizensing are working.

It works when you upload the same pictures from your PC. I think the pictures on instagram get downsized and so it is not possible to make prints.

That worked, Aykut, thanks. It is however insane that this is mentioned NOWHERE on this site. Why even give the option to import from Instagram if you can't utilize the full services of the site with those images? I now have to find and re-upload 40 pictures. There goes another day, I guess.

So, now I can edit my Instagram uploads and add prices to the prints, but on my profile page for those pics, the price is set as $0. Whenever I want to change the price of Greeting Cards or iPhone Cases, I see the base price and the markup price and that gives me the full price. Here I only see this:

I add the mark up figure, but that's it. What's happening?

I uploaded this straight from IG with no issues. You have to view your profile page then hit the button to upload from instagram. Once on that page you can click on the images you want to exhibit. Hope this helps ....

I'm having the same issue but only when I edit the details - for example, change the title. Before I go in to 'edit' everything is an option then when I've edited, it changes and nothing I do seems to change it back :/
