What Is The Typical Time Of Payment On The 15th?

I know pay-day for sellers is the 15th of every month, as long as those purchases were made before the 15th of the previous month. I was just wondering what the typical time of payment on the 15th is? I assumed it was automatic, but for the last 2 months I've had to send e-mails reminding instaprints to pay me. I don't want to be a pest, but I just need clarity. Is this normal?

Check the BALANCE area in your Behind the Sales to make sure payments have been sent out and when

Payments for sales made on 15th February to 14th March will be paid 15th April at any time during the day as we pay manually :)
These dates cover our 30 day money back guarantee for the customer

Check the sale was not cancelled (SALES or BALANCE area in your Behind the Scenes)

Please check your PAYMENT and TAX information are up to date and, if you have filled out the TAX, make sure to use a two letter code and not the full name for your area

If your details are correct and you were not paid into your PayPal, please let us know also
